A: add a wind spinner will be helpful

A: My kitchen scale weighs it at 235 grams or 8.30 ounces.  Hope this helps.

**Q: what type of glass? can it stay outside in freezing weather?**
A: I don’t know what type of glass this is. I would say yes to freezing weather, but I live in the NW where our winters are milder.

**Q: Doesn't spin? What's up with a spinner that doesn't spin?**
A: The glass ball is quite heavy as is the metal holder, so wind doesn’t make the spinner move, but a person manually spinning the device does make the glass ball appear to go up and down.  But it is not a wind spinner.  The glass ball suspended in its holder is pretty when the sun shines on it.
