They offered me a replacement, no questions asked, even emailing me a photo of all the cases they have and letting me choose a color I liked. They also sent me some nice "tempered glass" screen protectors to try, as compensation for my trouble.The case is nice and "knobby" so I'm not so worried about the phone slipping out of my hand or shirt pocket any more. The kickstand works well but I do wish the case was a little more "rubbery".
