    Should have less bulk for this level of protection

The bulk to protection ratio is pretty bad on this case. It adds quite a bit of bulk for a very small amount of protection, especially on the bottom of the phone. It has a cool look, nice grip and feels good in your hand but that's about all it has going for it in my opinion.
