They also don’t mention you need to separately order the specified 80 to 100lbs of course salt. I will update this review after install. Update: October 2025 Installed by two plumbers in about 5 hours for $1,275 — a great deal I think. I now have great soft tasting water and filtered drinking water in the kitchen.
