Maybe I set my expectations too high but I find it to be an underwhelming sound. Don't get me wrong there is a tangible improvement but most of the benefit is wiped out by the experience issues. There is constant annoying background hiss which gets louder when you start playing anything. No fault according to Cyrus (they always say that) but funny how a lot of people on forums mention the same but don't have issues with other DACs. Horrible clicks and pops when you skip tracks too. I don't accept the nonsense about usb audio implementation - it's a product designed for mobile use it should be compatible with a wide range of popular devices.
