Software is extremely limited, but functional, I end up with gaps in the etched output in 4 out of 10 projects, where lines are skipped. and more than once the software has crashed mid project, wasting my materialthat said, this is a 15W laser engraver for +/-600$ you get what you pay for, and I think I will spend a little more time modifying this beast, its part of why we DIY anyway. ### ⭐ Bad company to deal with and bad product *by N***L on June 12, 2019* Parts dont lineup properly. No directions sent with machine and has to search online. Finally Sent directions from manufacturer and only contained half of the setup and was for a slightly different model.
