Glitter glue is a happy compromise. We get the sparkles but it doesn't travel all over the building and haunt the custodian for weeks or months. Elmer's glitter glue is great because the bottles are sturdy and the tips don't get lost (other brands are cheaper but bottle/lid quality can be an issue). We use this sometimes to add some pop to painting and clay projects. Good stuff. We love it.
