I've used it as a base for different stews, soups and broths. I've genuinely used it as a substitute base for my favorite leak and potato combination, and it resulted in a lovely different take. Don't be put off by the "extra hot" label. This is not to be compared with your spicy curries from other cultures. It is barely even warm on the tongue, which is one of the reasons I came back to this; as it gives you the freedom to add whatever levels of heat you wish to via your own ingredients.
