The reason is in fit for my 2011 370z is excellent !!! No complaints there, it looks very custom made and looks very nice. On the description of this box it never said which position the subs will face, they do face up. On the box it's self I don't think it's mdf, when putting screws in to the woofer to tighten down the screws go in very easy. Also there was no calking or silicone from the inside of the box on one side wall of the board. I had to buy liquid nail my self and seal that wall !!!!
