**Q: shipped unrefrigerated... yet says to keep refrigerated on package?**
A: vacuum packing  but after open you need to keep refrigerated

One of our favorite recipes involves baby bok choy, some gochuchang, a pound or so of ground pork or turkey, ginger and of course, tteok! These are fantastic at soaking up the good flavors and they’re a delight to chew. I keep a few packages of this in the freezer so we can make our favorite Korean ragu whenever we want.
