Volume Three:  Centerline Defense
Volume Four:  One, Three & Nine Step Attack / Defense
Volume Five:  Centerline Sticky Hand Training
Volume Six:  Same Hand / Opposite Hand Attacks
Volume Seven:  Sai Shu, Sik Shu, Jik (Chun) Shu
Volume Eight:  Gow Choy; Hammer Fist / Internal Strengthening
Volume Nine:  Footwork in Southern Praying Mantis

*It is strongly recommended that you begin with Volume One and progress step by step.  Skipping any part will result in a lesser understanding and ability.  You may order this DVD separately but you will have a lesser understanding and ability without the prerequisite Volumes.

VOLUME TEN:

Volume 10 Instructional contains extended footage and a light-hearted look at training in a regular Kwongsai Jook Lum Mantis school; Trapping skill; Chi Sao sets 1 - 6; Continuous Mor Sao; and Passoffs.  Prerequisite training Volumes 1- 9.  Tuition $108. DVD. 

$108 Tuition represents a minimum three months training on Volume Ten.  This is intermediate training before the advanced Two Man sets.

Roger Sifu, as always, puts out top notch Kung Fu training and learning (the training of the mind) material, with an emphasis on Southern (also known as "Hakka) Mantis!  If this is the only DVD you purchase to train from, it will benefit you little as you need to build on a foundation to truly understand the structure.His training material has helped me realize that we should always consider ourselves to be the lesser light that are only pale reflections of the greater ones,as the moon, while it gives light, only reflects the Sun.
