I am on my second box already. I don't even use my microwave. I have my stir-fry pan hot, add chopped onion, seasoned with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder, cook till more translucent then next add my rice. I can smash it apart and break it down easily with my hands or back of a deep-fry spatula strainer utensil, pressing down. I add more of same seasonings and keep stirring. I then add a little chicken broth, low-sodium soy sauce, and a bit of oyster sauce with a few drops of this yellow liquid Chinese coloring and mix well, cooking a bit longer. After that I remove to a serving bowl. I add a tab of butter into my hot pan, not wiped out, and pour my well-beaten eggs seasoned with same seasonings of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. My soy sauce has less salt so it balances out well. Spread eggs out thin in the pan until almost done then using spatula, cut into small pieces and add to your rice. Stir together. You can add chicken or other meats diced or veggies like broccoli, frozen peas, carrots, green beans, water chestnuts etc. Enjoy!! I will be buying more of this rice.
