Im usually a small/medium in shirts so i got a medium and it was big at the waist ( I have a approx. 26 in waist) and the cup was slightly big (my bra size is 32DD. ALSO it comes with an extender so you would be better off sizing down and if it does not fit you can add the extender. The size guide given also wasn’t much help because based on the measurements I was a medium, which was big.
