I have had 13 months and 2 have had handles break off (1large and one small knife ). I would like a replacement** A: This set is poor and did not last as expected! My set had two of the knives separate from the handles and my husband narrowly escaped a serious accident! I contacted Prestige Customer Service to advise and request a replacement and they were not interested and would not replace! I would not buy Prestige again, none of their products as they are sub standard and don’t last and their Customer Relations/ Care is ZERO! I’d advise you to contact them to see if you have any better experience with them as I’m sure we are not the only one’s who have had problems with this set! Do yourself a favour and throw them in the bin and buy another set from another manufacturer and make sure they come with a ‘lifetime’ guarantee! The upside is these knives were not too expensive and I guess you get what you pay for but you still expect them to last more than 12 months!
