Anyone notice that?** A: I've noticed the slight gap at the bottom, that you mention. But the LP doesn't pop up to the opening. There's still more than enough of the cover, to protect the LP, and then some. **Q: From the photo these look sealable...Is this the case?** A: These particular ones are not. The company does make some sealable sleeves that are excellent though. **Q: made of true Mylar? or just Polypropylene! ???** A: These are made of Polypropylene NOT mylar. Mylar is more brittle. However, I can attest I've been using these Utlimate Outer 5.0s for the past 2 years, on my LPs. I only use this sleeve. I've not been disappointed. They are much clearer than any other outer cover, and they make pulling records out very smooth.
