I am a size 10 1/2 wide and these shoes only came in even sizes with medium width. They looked so comfortable and the price was right, so I thought I'd take a chance. I ordered size 11 and held my breath. They came yesterday. I noticed that returns were only accepted in the original unopened packaging, so if I opened them and they didn't fit or I didn't like the way they looked on my feet, I was screwed. But, I had to try. I am so glad I did. They fit like a glove and they are soooo comfortable. They are not heavy duty boots but they are not expected to be. I don't know yet if they are waterproof as claimed, but I don't intend to splash around in mud puddles to find out. They are not thick enough for sub-zero temperatures, but I have heavier boots for that. For daily indoor-outdoor use in the winter, I think these boots are just fine and well worth the price. Probably the most comfy shoes I ever wore. I don’t think they would be for the serious hiker, woodsman, hunter, but for those of us going to the mall or just out for a quick grocery pickup they are more than adequate.
