**Q: does anyone know whats the safe length of time you can take cooper?**
A: We do not, but it must be slightly different from person to person depending on several factors. Copper is not a heavy metal, but it should be used in moderation and should not be used for prolonged periods of time. A good rule would be to continue to use it as long as it is providing a benefit and cease as soon as it no longer does; in addition, cease consuming it immediately if it is causing any detriment. This plan would be opposed to just consuming it out of a habit or as part of a daily routine.
