No tearing, fraying, scratches so it's quite durable. The provided cables/clips work as intended and are of the same quality you'd purchase separately or with any other kit.There are two slight negatives:how this mat folds, it doesn't quite fold down into the small square or rectangle that many other ESD mats do.
