Looked through amazon for a while and read some reviews for these and thought I’d give them a shot. These have been better than anything I’ve seen in a pet store or anywhere else on amazon. They are sleek, powerful and long lasting. I’ve been using the same one for 4 months now (about 14 hours a day in the winter) and it keeps my turtle warm, his tank sits on a sill that’s next to a window that has a small draft when it’s extremely cold. The temperature in the tank stays at 78 no matter what and he basks all day long. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ My turtle loves it! *by F***2 on Reviewed in the United States on August 3, 2019* These bulbs emit a strong light and provide warmth for my turtle and he enjoys basking under them. They do not seem to last more than a couple of months so if you do decide to use them buy in multi packs. I have had to replace these bulbs 3 times in the past six months but they do two things well. They provide heat and adequate light for the turtle to bask under. Always keep a spare handy or have a backup light because these will fail if used regularly.
