**Q: What is the difference between the 100% natural flavors and the regular ones?**
A: I don't have a "scientific" answer, but I'll venture a guess that "100% natural flavors" are those derived from things actually found in nature, i.e. chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, etc.  "Regular flavors" (not sure if this is your term or one found on the product) I would interpret as being artificial, i.e. chemically produced to simulate, for example, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, etc.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Does it contain Creatine?**
A: The Pure Protein Natural Whey Protein, Rich Chocolate does not contain creatine.

**Q: on the label what is the grams of protien per serving and is the amount of sugar less than 2?  thanks**
A: Hi, there are 25 grams of protein per serving, & 2 grams of sugar

**Q: how does it taste with water? whats the best flavor with water?**
A: In my experience it does not mix well with plain water unfortunately, or coffee. I've done it a few times when I'm out of milk and it stays pretty clumpy and just doesn't taste quite right. Both chocolate and vanilla taste pretty good to me but its all personal preference in the end for what you mix it with and what flavor you prefer.
