This product did not work, and I don't think it's worth the $$. It failed to alleviate my cramps. Sure you can keep increasing the power, but that doesn't work either because then my muscles would be twitching constantly which was uncomfortable and became painful. I could see it may work if you have mild-mod cramping, but mine are pretty severe day 1-2. Don't fall for the "120-day guaranteed return policy" on the company website - it's BS.
