This Heavy Duty Commercial grade Machete Press ensures perfectly flat griddle-ready, Corn Masa Tortillas every time, quickly and efficiently and is made of long lasting and durable Iron that’ll last forever. This Press has Versatile applications for all, flour, corn, and other breaded food prep. Slice away your Hunger with a Fresh Grilled Machete, built on thin, freshly grilled masa folded over any combination of cheese, with contents like cactus, roasted poblanos, mushrooms, squash blossoms, huitlacoche, chorizo and potatoes, pressed pork rinds, calabaza, asada, chicken tinga, pork leg, pork loin, or cochinita pibil. Top it off with crema, pickled red onions, and tomatillo, cacahuate, chile arbol, and blazing-hot habanero salsas. It makes a 23.5” x 8” sized Machete Quesadillas, and perfect for beautifully made Machete (or ‘Sword”) style tortillas! The Heavy balanced weight of the press and bolted handles provide a stable press, where you can flatten out the dough easily by just pressing the handles to add more pressure. Machete Press is Blue, and measures 23.5” L x 9” W, 6.5 “ H at the handles and weighs approx. 21 lbs.
