This flywheel is 28oz and 157 teeth. **Q: Will this fit a 1310 ford tractor** A: Thanks for the question, this flywheel is for Mustang 289 cid and 5.0l engines with a 28 oz. imbalance. It is not listed for a tractor application. **Q: Do the dowles need to come out for a 10” clutch? For some reason my bolt holes don’t line up** A: dowel pins are to align the pressure plate on the flywheel,they should be a tight fit. make sure you are not aligning the bolt holes on the alignment pins,check with clutch manufacturer and see if the one you have has alignment holes. BTW I received a used flywheel someone returned and Amazon resold to me. Bolted in just fine, looked great. Once i installed the starter is when the troubles started. It dont start. Further investigation, witch I should of noticed eariler, the ring gear on the fly wheel is about 1/2 in more recessed than the stock one I pulled out. I've tired a new manual, 157 tooth starter and even and automatic. Befor the question is asked, yes, I did install it the right way. I do not recommend this flywheel.
