I need one that leaves the casting with the epoxy shine.** A: When I used it I noticed that as long as I didn't buff the casting it had a pretty good shine to it. **Q: Do i need this instead of a can of regular silicone spray for casting plaster in an rtv mold?** A: This product is garbage. It ruined 5 silicone molds because it wouldn't release. I used it when epoxy bedding an item and had zero sticking issues after applying a coat, letting it dry and then applying a second coat before use.
