The company has failed to return my emails regarding replacement. I am quite irritated, as I chose this brand because I thought they would last. I love the style, the boot is not terribly bulky or heavy, and there's room for wearing thick socks when it's cold.That being said, after one year of use they have begun splitting down the sides where my foot bends. Even in a short, ten-minute walk while avoiding puddles (which one shouldn't have to do in rain boots), my feet are soaked by the time I reach my destination.When I contacted the company to find out if I could receive a replacement pair they informed me if I bought the boots anywhere except directly from them/their website, no warranty was available.If you're buying these boots with the expectation you'll need to replace them in a year or less, go for it, but otherwise I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. ### ⭐ Poor quality.
