Also, this is not very good tasting at all, it's actually a bit nasty-tasting but I muscled through it and have been taking it faithfully after every workout. I am actually very impressed, I have definitely seen decent muscle gains in only a few weeks. Several other products which I have used in the past have never given me this much muscle gains in such a short time.
