Within a couple of months I started to notice my muscles in my arms and legs looking more defined and didn't think too much of it. But then by the 3rd month, it was really noticable. But I usually order from their site, but needed to use up a gift card on Amazon so I ordered on here. This protein is unmatched, it is as close to organic as you can get without the label. I have had great results with it, both weight loss, and muscle rebuilding as I lose. I prefer the plain flavor because it only has 3 carbs and I can add to it if I want to. I usually take straight as a shot, it does not taste bad at all. But when I want to add flavor, I mix with a tablespoon of peanut butter, keeps it low card and adds some healthy fats.
