It solved my problem when my Nissan bottle's silicon sleeve tore after 10 years of heavy use. There are 2 issues that you could easily overlook if you're looking to get an easy-to-grip cover for your bottle.First, is the slack that the large rectangular cut-outs cause. When you grab the bottle, they will move based on the design of the pattern. Shorten the slats or turn them into stacked squares and that problem will go away. You can see in my picture how the ridge on the bottle opens up the slack quite a ways up the bottle. Not a show-stopper but could be designed better.The other issue is the ugly seam running up 2 sides of the sleeve. I am OCD driven so they do irk me. I have no idea if they could be eliminated, but they are there. You can see one of them in my pic.Neither issue should be considered a reason not to buy. The top and bottom sections do fit very tightly and it does look nice. I needed something to help keep the bottle from slipping out of my hand, and it works perfectly for that. If these 2 little quirks were fixed then it would deserve a 5 star review.
