The instructions are good and easy to follow. The product is high quality. The tight design gives a strong impression of quality. The door seems secure with this handle lock.I had one minor parts issue for which I contacted customer service and got almost immediate response. I received the missing part quickly. And now I have received a follow-up email a couple of months later to check on the installation and my satisfaction. I had not confirmed I got it and finished the installation. Very nice and appreciated. Thank you!!

Lock worked ok for 2 months, now it will not lock. The lock still functions in every other way except actually locking. No not rely on this lock for security.

I LOVE this product!!! Our Building recently went to a fob system and thought it might be nice to eliminate our front door key as well , it has many fail safes built in like the ability to use a push code as well as a separate push fob if you like and if it fails you have a real key option too. Sleek and relatively easy to install ,Great customer support as well , Calls and emails were returned very quickly . I really love it!
