I usually put my phone in my jacket pocket and use my wireless earbuds. Summer running apparel isn’t so phone friendly. This belt is great - securely carry phone and small items so you can stash them and forget them knowing they are safely contained. Belt has lots of room for adjustment so it should accommodate most.
