That being said, I've always struggled trying to fit all of my things into one backpack and it was becoming really tiring having to carry multiple things or being unorganized. (Which did not disappoint!!)When you buy a Just Porter bag, they give a bag filled with school supplies to a child in need. The culture and message behind this company revolves around kindness, and educating today's underprivileged youth! To me, that's just a bonus on top of an awesome backpack.I literally can fit everything in this backpack, with room to spare. It's pretty giant, compared to me anyway. But it's perfect for what I need, which is commuting comfortably while carrying four classes' worth of supplies.The magnetic buckles?! Seriously the coolest. The zippers glide easily, the material is so durable. This backpack is my new best friend. I've gotten a ton of compliments on it as well! The roll up top lets the backpack expand even more. But, this bag really shines for short trips or for a airplane carry-on.I have used Timbuk2 in the past, and that has been fine for what it is. However, I have been looking for a bag with a better attention to detail, better materials and something that had an great tactile feel to it. This bag has met those expectations and exceeded it. Very strong construction, attention to detail is easy to see. From the minute I touched the bag, I knew it was really well made.Pros: Great exterior fabric. Buckles are the best I have seen. Place for iPad under flap, and padded laptop pocket that is accessible from the outside of bag ++++++ (huge plus for people that work anywhere). No unnecessary pockets. Flap pocket works really well for holding items that you need quickly (keys, wallet, phone). Compression straps to cinch what you’re carrying. It can carry a ton!After doing a ton of research on Chrome Industrial, Manhattan Portage, Ortlieb, etc... plain and simple, this bag is a great buy.It has been great for daily use and a weekend travel bag. It holds more stuff than I expected. The exterior fabric is a tarpaulin that is tough, and it seems like it can handle a lot of abuse.Positives:-Thee magnetic buckles are the coolest thing I have seen on any bag. Industrial design is great, and I've never seen them anywhere else.-The design is smart. Pockets in the right place. Exterior laptop pocket. Easy to get to my computer.-Bag has great exterior fabric that cleans with a quick wipe if you get it dirty. Way better than a normal fabric bag.-Very water-resistant. Rolltop + Flap = Dry Inside. -Perfect size for air travel, and it expands with the roll-top. Worked really well for a weekend jaunt to Miami, and it could have held more. Used it as carry-on, and it fit in the overhead. -Front flap has a vertical pocket, which is awesome for holding phone, wallet, etc… quick through airport lines. I place my iPad under the flap pocket.-The inside of the bag is lined, even the front pockets. Most bags don't have that.-Easy access to laptop from the outside.-LOOKS GREAT!Negatives:Not completely waterproof, but nothing really is but a dry-bag.No pocket for water bottle on the side, but I use one of the front pockets to hold one.Summary:Would definitely recommend.
