The packaging and instructions could not be better. It installs as easily as it appears to in the videos and it is way more sturdy and solid than the cheap wire racks my builder put up. FOR AMAZON - Well, once again AMAZON has misrepresented this product and I am trying to SAVE YOU MONEY. If you select the Expands 63.3-118” set, AMAZON INCORRECTLY states that ONE CENTER SUPPORT is included. So, I went out to EZ SHELF's website and ordered 5 more center supports because AMAZON doesn't sell those. This morning when I opened up the shipment from Amazon, there are THREE CENTER SUPPORTS included. So I bought 3 more than I had to from EZ SHELF. Honestly, lately (last 3 months) between inaccurate web description and delivery drivers leaving my stuff at someone else's address I am starting to wonder why I am paying for Prime.
