These give you so much height but you would have to wear a specially made shoe, or a shoe 4 times larger to fit all three layers into your shoe.I manage with just one, which gives me a good inch and a bit of confidence. The other problem I find is that, although they are high enough, they aren't wide enough. Mine keep moving to one side of my shoe so I can feel and edge rubbing on my soles, which can get uncomfortable. IF they were slightly wider, and allowed you to trim off the excess for those with narrower feet then they would be a 5*

I've recently had a hip replacement which has left my right leg slightly shorter than my left. So I need a comfortable height increase insole which is neither too low nor too high. This one has removable layers, so I've been able to get it at the correct height. It's also comfortable and fits well in my shoes.

Finally found insoles that are comfortable and adjustable.. I have different hights according to the shoes I'm wearing and I liked having that flexibility. My husband also tried them and I'm getting him his own pair because whenever he uses them, he's tall enough that I can wear high heels when we go out together :) :) :)
