I was able to wrangle cords that were all over my end table straight into the power strip I bought to go with it. Get one with USB slots. I can plug xbox controller chargers here and phone chargers. I have my lamp and a diffuser in it and I can just plug my work laptop right next to me instead of having to pull out the couch and dangle over the back to plug it in. I am so happy with this. No more cord mess! It is also nice for putting a coffee cup or small bowl on without it spilling and to hold remotes and random items I like close by. The only thing I don't love is that the tray part is slightly warped and the sides of the tray don't stand up well and are flimsy. I don't mind the sides so much but I wish the bottom of the tray was a bit sturdier and flatter. I have to place drinks towards the back side to make sure they don't spill.
