Review: Can take on empty stomach - Didnt want to take on empty stomach but one day I did just to see (masochist!) Anyway, no problems at all. No fishy aftertaste AT ALL. Nothing. These are top quality. Very smooth so easy to take despite being fairly sizable. Can't yet report back on efficacy as I've not had a follow up blood test yet. I will come back and edit if they've done nothing!
