Seller should make sure items are in Mint condition if they list them as New and Collectible. If they aren't Mint then the listing should say so and the price should be adjusted accordingly. Damaged boxes negatively impact the value and collectability of an item. Very disappointed. Feel cheated. However, the figures themselves are excellent, as is the design of the boxes. I bought this as a gift for a young man who collects Funko characters. The Black and Gold box really stands out from the other pop boxes and this is a great looking first appearance batman even down to the shape of the cowl.
