No sign of it & UPS's tracking only showed label creation. So I contacted the seller about it. They replied with about 8 hours I think and said they'd look into it. A day goes by and they contacted me & refunded my order as they couldn't get a straight answer from UPS. they said I could reorder if I wanted & they send it via a different carrier. I did so & even got an unexpected discount for my troubles! The reorder item just arrived after a week. Leather feels like decent quality. I quite like the fleece lining on the inside to prevent scratching. I will note that like other purchasers it was folded up in a small box which caused creases that are gonna need to be worked out of the leather.
