Having used my wheat bag a number of times I found the seams have started to tear causing the insides to fall out, which as you can imagine makes quite a mess. I patched these up myself and then went to use it again and whilst in a microwave the material burnt through, leaving a hole and lots of burnt wheat which not only smelt terrible it means I can no longer use my product. As I said i have used this brand of heat packs for chronic back pain for several years now. Other products by the same company I have found to be wonderful, however, due to the many issues with this particular one means i shall not be buying again. In my experience, the cotton and not fleece ones have always been better. Very disappointed. ### ⭐ DO NOT Reheat burst into flames *by A***R on 30 October 2016* Good job I got buy one get one free...it doesn't keep warm very long and as I need a wheat bag that stays warm for a reasonable amount of time due to problems with my neck I decided to reheat it when it cooled down so I could use it for a bit longer and it burst into flames. Obviously the wheat inside hadn't cooled enough even though the material had gone cold so not sure how long you need to leave it before you can reheat it. This was the first time I used it so not really impressed. Perhaps you should warm them alternatively and that's why they offer BOGOF. I don't think it will be any good for my neck problems ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not long lasting *by A***R on 24 August 2018* My star rating is based on my first month of usage (I have had this about 6 weeks now). I loved this at first. The aroma was lovely but I wouldn’t say ‘lavender’? Anyway, I have only ever heated this following the guidelines however last week it suddenly became very unpleasantly scented. I have left it alone for a week to see if it would subside but it still smells rather unpleasant.
