FM has failed to work from 15 Feb 25. Booked for a service as in warranty. But here I had problem in generating invoice which was demanded by technition. There was only packing slip available as it the order was multiple items. I was directed to use desktop for printing, and to my surprise, again I was directed to the desertcart seller to generate a separate invoice. This was clumsy process. Also the serial number printed in thermal print and pasted in the bottom. Within in one month of using that was become unreadable. As I have preserved the packing carton , I could pick it from there. How ever the service provided and the FM problem resolved, by replacing a spare part. So my suggestion is for new buyers is to Ask for a separate invoice and register for the warranty immediately on receiving the product.
