AOKEA Mermaid Tails with Monofin for Swimming,Mermaid Monofin Swimming Fins for Kids and Adults(Black Pink Blue)

I purchased two of these, one each for my 6 and 7 year old. Both of my girls are very experienced swimmers and were very safe using the tails. They were able to slip them on and off independently and they swam just like little 'mermaids' in the pool. I also have another type of monofin from a different company with the plastic strap which goes on the back of the heels. I would definitely recommend this monofin over the one with the plastic strap. These ones are much easier to get in and out of and the girls feet stay put and don't slip out like they did with the other type. We used these in Florida for a week and will use them lots this summer. I can't speak on how long they last since we haven't had them very long, yet, but they feel like they will last (I would just suggest rinsing them after being in chlorine pools).

Overall it was okay. This was the first “mono” fin or mermaid fin I have bought. This to me was made,and I’m sorry to say this but cheap. I thought the black part was made into the fin and it’s not. It is a thin piece of plastic the a wet suit material attached to the Fin, with a shoelace that keeps it pretty much together. I swam for maybe an hour with it and I could already see the white marks. The type of marked you see when you bend plastic. The black part does not stay around your ankles very well, plus, I had to stop to keep adjusting it. Also, when it got loose I could see my toes coming out of the black wet suit part. Now, I have bought single fins to swim in the pool with and those were pretty fun, so idk because this was my first mermaid fin purchase but this fin didn’t glide through the water as easy as it should of.

It quite for my 7 year old girl. She’s skinny anh her feet come out from the fin.

The tail is beautiful and the fin fits nicely. My daughter loves it.

After 5 minutes out of the box and being on my daughters feet once the black part tore apart at the seems.

Good quality good fit. My granddaughter loved it and it works very well

While wonderfully and working well, due to my having narrow feet the fit was a little off. But that may simple be something to be gotten used to over time. Overall this is a very good fin and I would recommend it to people who want to feel more mermadic.
