I think the option is for 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours. I'm afraid that if the app isn't supported the frame won't function.** A: As long as you have the app on your phone you can still connect to the device. If the app doesn't receive any further updates you will just have the functionality of what the app provides once development ceases. **Q: Does it have to be connected to Bluetooth to work or can you program it to display an image and then disconnect Bluetooth and it will still work?** A: Hey there, you have to bluetooth connect to control the screen display. It use the free " divoom" app to do all the customization.
