It arrived on time and in very good packaging. No damage at all. It came with the hardware to install each piece by itself or as a unit. I was able to install it by myself with zero problems. The instructions are not there. I had to look at the picture and piece the pieces together myself. It was that big a deal but I wished I had done a video for those that might need it. My only complaint as well as other reviewers is the hollow tubing and single corner bracket. Other reviews stated that the screws would crush the bars and not tighten up. I feel like it needs double corner angle pieces or bushings on the screws for the single piece. I had an extra 40 oz stanley tumbler hard plastic straw that I cut into my own "bushings" and placed them inside the tube which allowed the screw to go thru and take some of the pressure while tightening. It worked for me just fine. Of course metal bushings would have Bern best but I didn't want to stop and go to the hardware store. I'm a DIY'er my nature. My screws tightened up and only had a slight intention in the tubing. You can see the clear homemade bushings and slight invention in the photo.
