I can see how the plastic might break if forced, too much pressure applied, or dropped on a hard surface, but other than that this couldn't have been closer to what I was looking for. Most weekly pill boxes just dont have the room for horse pills and the other stuff, or if the do they're monstrous themselves. I can easily fit everything for a day into a container, and they all connect to each other, and come with individual lids in case you want to break them up for single or multiple uses. The size is perfect for stashing in a backpack or suitcase. I use it for my daily vitamins. It is handy to keep on my kitchen counter and by seeing it daily it helps remind me to take my vitamins. This one is the best by far. The plastic is more heavy duty than a lot of others that I have bought (including from Walmart and Walgreens). They worked well until the plastic around the tops where they screw together started chipping off one by one which made it mostly impossible to keep stacked. This plastic one seems ways more sturdy and I honestly don't think it will ever chip and break. I love it.
