## Description

Catskill Craftsmen has become the nation's leading manufacturer of ready-to-assemble domestic hardwood kitchen islands, carts, and work-centers. Catskill Craftsmen manufactured items are made from naturally self-sustaining, non-endangered North American hardwoods, primarily Northern Yellow Birch. Lumber is purchased from area sawmills, then dried, manufactured, and packaged on site. All sawdust, shavings and waste materials generated during the manufacturing process is converted into wood pellet fuel, and used to heat homes. This Rack can hold books, CD's, and Video's.     Sturdy and good looking Book Rack

This rack is big, solidly constructed, and is designed conveniently for my keeping papers in.  It tilts back ever so slightly to keep the books in place.  The only downside is that since there is a gap in the wood at the corner, magazines tend to crumple and small things would fall through.

This is a nice bookshelf. I use it on top of my refrigerator. My old bookshelf was flat instead of tipped forward like this one, and books would periodically vibrate out of it and fall onto my head or the floor. This is a better design for on top of the fridge. I would give it 5 stars, but the photo is misleading in one way: it shows there are wooden plugs to cover up the screw heads, but there were none included with the kit.
