Power consumption at room temperature (70 F) was 61 watts instead of 70. The housing becomes very warm after extended run time, but there was no sign of overheating or change in light output after several hours. The thermal coupling between the LEDs and aluminum housing appears to be efficient.Some possible issues:(1) The cable is labeled as "appliance cable" and it is not clear if this is a UV/sunlight resistant material designed for long term outdoor use(2) I found condensation on the inside of the glass after running for ~2 hours. I removed the condensation and it has not reoccurred so these lights may have been assembled in a humid environment.(3) There was some small debris (lead clippings, bits of solder) inside the enclosure of some of the lights. It is best to remove this if present to prevent shorting of the internal components.I will update this review after using these lights for a few months (or sooner if problems develop).Update 6/14/16: I installed 8 of these in October 2014 in a freeze-thaw high elevation snow climate.
