A: di indol methane is supposed to block exces of oestrogens on oestrogen cells receptors( the breasts, tighs, buttocks, belly, in 2 cases: abnormal secretion of oestrogens, or/ and oestrogens intolerance that leads to breast enlargement, fat, water retention, cellulite in these areas. I didn t notice any improvment. But it doesn t mean that it won t work for you. It depends on your age, if you re on menopause, or not, or if your menstrues cycle is regular or no. I used to take 1 gel at night for 4 months. No improvment. Now i m trying homeopathie folliculinum 30 ch since one month. I wainting to see any improvment. The pb with homeopathy is that it works pretty good but it s very complex to know wich dilution choosing and when, etc.. and i know zero homeopath doctor to help me. So i ve to make many rearches on my own and try. So maybe you could try for at least one month. But Dim can work only if you have a problem whith oestrogens that causes your weight gain. If the weight gain comes from somewhere else( hyper secretion of cortisol / intolerance to cortisol, or insulin resistance, or disregulation in the axis hypothalamo-hypophyse-adrenals, it won t change any thing.
