Very easy to fold and unfold. Incredibly smooth ride. Goes up hills nicely due to its light weight. The gears change smoothly. I don't have a lot of upper body strength and I don't have any problems carrying the bike up 3 flight of stairs. The metallic grey finish is gorgeous. I'm incredibly happy with my purchase.I highly recommend this bike.Pro tip. Always get a basic tune up after 10 bike rides. As bikes break in, things can loosen a pinch (for any bike in general).
