It is annoying to have to add water but you get used to it with a spray bottle. The tape takes several minutes to temporary dry and full-strength form my experience will take several hours. There are strings inside the tape itself which I assume adds strength overall. I been shipping over 500 boxes with these and I had no complaints from my customer regarding the tape coming off or anything.
