## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the Cellfie compatible with iphone 6 plus?**
A: The instructions that came with says it does. I don't own a iPhone 6+ I've only used it with an iPhone 5s and a GoPro.

**Q: What is the most amount of weight it will adequately support? I have an iPhone 6 Plus & would like to try it with my olloclip attached. Thank you!**
A: I'm not sure about the max weight, but I have a Oneplus One (5.71oz, 162g) that works fine with it. However, I used my own mount in this case (i.e., Shoulderpod S1) and it works just fine for me at least.

**Q: Does the handle have threading to allow an extension? Can the handle be mounted to a helmet mount of a GoPro helmet mount?**
A: Yeah the handle can accept an extension but it’s not very strong also there is no way you can get it to mount on a GoPro helmet mount and it still function. This is not an action gimbal, it’s meant for walking or stabilizing micro shots aka very magnified stills. Frankly I’ve thrown mine away due to really bad bearings that broke and mediocre quality.

**Q: Will this work with the samsung 6 plus edge?**
A: Hi, there.O.K. It's available.

Not as good as the videos show

The company needs to be more honest about its video footage. This product does help stabilize the shots, to a degree, but not as much as their videos show. I think they are using stabilization built in to iPhone 6's coupled with their cellfie stabilizer. I could be wrong, but even after hours of fine tuning, testing on different cell phones/gopros and weights, I couldn't come close to their results. I will try my friends iPhone 6 plus to see if that does the trick, but I want it to look good with my Samsung S5.I don't know if they used any post stabilization in their videos because it doesn't say...but at any rate, it does a decent job of taking out "wiggles" but don't expect the movi, steadicam-like moves that you are seeing in the video unless you have a camera that has some stabilization on it as well, and maybe a bit of warp-stabilizer in post. Don't get me wrong, it's better than nothing, but not much better than walking around with a monopod as a stabilizer. A little disappointed. Also, the 5 star reviews from November 2014 seem fishy because they all came out around the same time (around the release of the Cellfie) and have nothing negative to say. Probably company-based reviews.****************************************UPDATE: I tried it at work on the iPhone 6 plus and sure enough, the video looks a lot more fluid and stable. Which means that the phone is doing most of the heavy lifting. I tried using the iPhone without the Cellifie and it still looked pretty darn good in terms of non-shakiness. So this product might be a nice addition for iPhone 6 users and whatever comes next, but I can't recommend it to people with phones or devices that pick up small jitters from movement. Try it out when the price comes down to $50.

I had got this so I can give it to my boy on his birthday so that he can keep doing his videos with his phone. Well his birthday has not arrived yet but I did take it out for a quick test run. First right out of the box it looks and feels well made. I set my phone in it with my heavy protective case and it clamped on it very well. It is very tricky to balance, but it is tough to find the sweat spot of the balancing point, but with that being said I was trying to do it very quickly so my boy would not see me using it. haha! As for now I rate it at a three just because I have not had much time with it and don't want to get ahead of myself and say it was great without using it more. For the price, maybe a bit high but hey they did seem to use good quality parts! One I have time to mess with it a little more, and if I don't forget I will return to update my rating Good or Bad.

I really wanted to like this...

*by C***Y on Reviewed in the United States on August 6, 2015*

I had searched for a Stabalizer for quite some time and finally settled on this one due to the reviews and videos I saw on it. Unfortunately it didn't work half as well as I had hoped.I had seen another reviewer mention that the ball and socket at the top would fall out. I unfortunately had the same thing happen and TWICE! First time my camera fell into the kitchen sink. The second time it fell onto BRICKS!!! Not good and I was not happy. Luckily, for me, I have the GoPro Hero 2 which has a case. If it wasn't for the case I'm sure my camera would have broke. Thank GOD it didn't.The problem, I feel, is that this device is not compatible with the Hero 2. They are thicker cameras, I have an LCD back on it and the casing weighs it down as well. I think the Glide Gear was made for the Go Pro 3 and 4. I even had taken off the LCD back, put on the smaller back case to close it and I was still at the 100 mark. I was up to 105 with the LCD and bigger case on and no matter how hard I tried to adjust it it was never balanced. It was close but never completely. So I hope this review is helpful to other Hero 2 owners out there. Like I said, I really wanted to like this... in fact I was hoping to love it but it just didn't happen ; (
