I purchased this for my girlfriend with the latest IPad and she really likes it, as do I. This quality is great. Being re-manufactured from the rubber of tires and other materials is not only unique, but has great aesthetic appeal. It fits snug, but not so much so that it is a burden to remove. It does not offer an immense amount of protection when it comes to being dropped from the stratosphere as some cases claim and provide video of, but if you are interested in this item that's not likely what you are looking for. If in the market for a "sleeve" where you can store your IPad away when not being used, or if being placed in a backpack that has an additional area for your IPad then this should be more than sufficient. If this is the first time you have been introduced to Alchemy Goods they also make great minimalistic and attractive wallets that wear well and will help prevent your wallet from reaching widths that trump most long hard cover novels, if this is a problem for you.
